Key Job Responsibilities

Serve food to residents & employees
Follow food handling, safety & service sanitation practices
Set up dining areas for meal service and tear down afterward
Portion foods into individual servings
Operate kitchen & cleaning equipment

Qualifications

Formal education in reading & speaking common English vocabulary and arithmetic is required. Knowledge of food service procedures, kitchen equipment operation, and ability to carry out simple instructions is essential. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and follow safety warnings is a must.
