    Description


    The Conversion Analyst, translate electronic data by analyzing, mapping and testing for validity prior to the data being loaded into RGA Re administration system.

    Research, review and understand existing processes, stored procedures and functions for enhancement, accuracy and redevelopment. Work closely with other Operations associates to develop solutions for specific business needs.
    Responsibilities


    Translate client's raw data submission by analyzing, mapping and testing for validity and accuracy prior to loading into RGA Re administration system.

    Analyze, test, and debug system solutions. Consult with other Operations associates in the development of solutions for specific business needs.
    Research, review and document existing processes, stored procedures and functions for enhancement, accuracy and redevelopment.
    Communicate with programmers for desired results of stored procedures based on analysis performed.
    Write and execute SQL's and tables to get results needed for analysis, validity and accuracy testing.
    Requirements

    Education and Experience

    Required:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    2-5 years experience insurance, reinsurance or financial services or
    Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science with no experience

    Preferred:
    Progress toward FLMI, ALHC or other relevant professional accreditation

    Basic Microsoft Word skills
    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    Basic Microsoft Outlook skills
    Intermediate Query skills
    Completion of an introductory basic programming course

    salary range:
    $54,435-77,755 + bonus
