    As an Account Manager, you'll collaborate with the Area Manager to oversee event security operations at a Major League Baseball stadium. Your role involves optimizing efficiency, boosting profits, and enhancing individual skills within the operations team. Whether hands-on or through delegation, your focus remains on achieving top-notch results. Additionally, your expertise in managing event security operations at a professional sports stadium, particularly during athletic and other major events, will be crucial to ensuring safety and success.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Ensure day-to-day operations align with the company procedures, covering areas like recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administration.
    • Under the direction of the area manager, responsible for creating staffing estimates, tracking estimated cost vs. actual cost, reviewing contracts for compliance, supervising company labor and subcontractors, and ensuring accurate payroll, invoices, and timely collections.
    • Suggest operation strategies to the area manager that improve execution and cost-effectively provide additional value.
    • Continuously enhance account performance while safeguarding the company.
    • Communicate goals to the event-day operations team.
    • Maintain accurate records for internal and external reporting.
    • Seek feedback from the customer to enhance satisfaction by regularly meeting with the customer.
    • Foster a culture of employee engagement and development by mentoring and coaching subordinates to improve continuously.
    • Managerial responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work. Recruit and train team members as required by business needs.
    • Responsible for accurate and timely scheduling of staff, ensuring all open position(s) are filled within 96 hours of shift start time at the designated account(s)
    • Responsible for the accurate (within 98%) and timely completion of all payroll records at the designated account(s)
    • Adhere to the budget(s) set forth, including, but not limited to, overtime percentages (below 2%), labor percentages, profit rate, open post rate, and revenue within account(s).
    • On-call weekends/evenings, outside of core business hours, as needed.
    • Up to 25% travel may be required.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    1. Valid Driver's License Required
    2. Education: Holds a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    3. Experience: The candidate must have a minimum of three years of prior experience in venue operations, the service field, or project management.
    4. Background Check: Ability to successfully pass a background check.
    5. Preferred Industry Knowledge: Experience in one or more industries is advantageous: event staffing, event security, stadium security, sports management, or athletics.
    6. Excellent Management Skills: Demonstrates proficiency in overseeing and coordinating tasks efficiently.
    7. Customer Focus: Remains attuned to the needs and desires of both internal and external customers.
    8. Effective Communication: Possesses strong oral and written communication abilities.
    9. Leadership Orientation: Actively serves as a role model, guide, and mentor within the Operations Department. Exhibits robust team leadership, team building, and facilitation skills.
    10. Initiative: Proactively seeks out new project opportunities.
    11. Adaptability: Responds adeptly to changes in situations or information.

    Physical and Mental Demands:
    In this role, you'll regularly sit, stand, and walk. Effective verbal communication is essential, and you may occasionally need physical agility for climbing and working at heights. Be prepared for confined spaces and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Additionally, lifting and pushing objects weighing up to 25 pounds is part of the job, along with specific visual abilities.

    Working Environment:
