- Work hand in hand with our customers to build end-to-end analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Educate customers on best practices, product updates, and roadmap
- Work closely with the founding team to evangelize customer requested features into the product

What You Need To Succeed: - Prior Experience in Data or Analytics
- 2+ years of SQL experience.
- Prior experience at a BI/Analytics company a huge plus.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent detective skills to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve customer issues.
- Become a Knowi product expert quickly.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Curiosity, ability to come up to speed with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work during PST. Live in the Bay Area? Even better You can work out of our office in Oakland as often as you like
