ELYA Holdings is a private real estate investment firm based outside of Washington DC. We invest in and operate manufactured home communities across the US.

We are looking to hold and enhance the value of our investments over the long-term while providing consistent and growing income to our investors.

Overview:

The Director of Finance will be responsible for assisting in closing monthly financial statements, managing budgets and forecasts, deal with insurance policies, regulatory requirements and communications, utility re-billing, and other financial and operational tasks.

This role is located in Rockville, MD, with flexibility for some remote work.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

2-4 years of post bachelors degree work preferably with an accounting firm

Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

High level of integrity and ethical standards
