    Job Duties:
    Primary responsibilities include basic monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of facility mechanical and utility systems. Basic knowledge and skills in the areas of electrical circuits, motor controls, safety circuits, and plumbing is required.

    All qualified applicants must be able to demonstrate an ability to problem solve and troubleshoot building systems utilizing the aforementioned basic skills.


    Other duties include:

    • Perform routine visual inspections of facility mechanical and utility systems.
    • Performs corrective maintenance on plumbing fixtures and piping.
    • Repair or replace various electrical components as required.
    • Assist in any other general maintenance as assigned by M & O supervisor

    Minimum Qualifications:
    High School diploma /GED, and three years related experience, or equivalent


    Preferred Qualifications:


    Special consideration will be given to individuals who display knowledge and competency in the operation and maintenance of commercial steam plants and HVAC systems, including BAS systems.

    Candidates should also have experience and sensitivity working with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds and a commitment to fostering an inclusive work and learning environment in which students from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and personal experiences are welcomed and can thrive.
