    This is a unique opportunity for an RN with

    leadership/management

    experience in long term/skilled nursing care facility.

    Qualifications

    and Requirements:3 years of experience in a Director of Nursing positionStrong clinical skills related to elder care both in long term care and short stay post-acute rehabilitation settingsExcellent attention to detailComputer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, and E-mars preferredBA or BS in related field preferred, with a current Registered Nurse license in the State of OhioCPR and first aid certificationsMust have a flexible schedule including availability on occasional weekends, evenings, or holidaysExcellent Benefits that Include: Competitive wages, years of experience payExcellent Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug CoveragePTOWork-Life Balance

    Responsibilities:
    Oversee our facilities nursing staff

    Requirements/Qualifications:
    Must have an active RN License in the state of OH
    At least 3 years of DON Experience
