    Job DescriptionAs a Product Marketing Manager at RamSoft, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for our products.

    You will craft the messaging and positioning for products and conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand.

    In your role, you will be an expert in understanding our market, our buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria, and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.

    ProductsRamSoft, with three decades of experience, has established itself as a pioneer in imaging innovation, emphasizing seamless communication among healthcare providers for exceptional outcomes.

    The company, founded by Dr. Ramanathan and his son Vijay Ramanathan, revolutionized healthcare imaging by creating 100% web-based PACS and teleradiology solutions.

    Their in-house development team has crafted cutting-edge solutions like the Gateway DICOM router, PowerServer RIS/PACS, and a breast cancer tracking tool named Stana.

    Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Proven ability to develop effective marketing strategies and sales tools.
    Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, competitors, and market dynamics.
    Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product management, and marketing teams.

    Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates RamSoft's products in the market

    Market, Customer, and Competitive Analysis:
    Be the expert on our buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to crush them

    Sales Enablement:
    Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products

    Product Launch:
    Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

    Market Intelligence:
    Be the expert on your market, the trends, and the competitors

    Demand Generation:
