    Seeking a new opportunity in the Mankato area? Don't miss this role Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading company located in Mankato, MN. We are seeking candidates for Assembler roles to work on the 2nd shift, from 4:30pm-3:00am, Monday through Thursday. Compensation for this opportunity is $21.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? They oversee the operations of their companies, allocate resources among them, and help to improve the performance of its operations. This company seeks out acquisition opportunities that strengthen our position in a business segment as well as companies that will diversify our portfolio of specialty doors. What you will do as an Assembler:
    • Complete various parts of the assembly/build stages to meet production timelines
    • Inspect for final prep, load, and unload paint and paint supplies, ensuring color and finish tolerances are met
    • Perform quality assurance checks throughout processes
    • Review and understand project specifications
    • Uses various equipment and hand and power tools to assemble door frames

    What you need to be an Assembler:
    • Previous experience in carpentry, press operator, or machining
    • Ability to read and understand blueprints
    • Ability to use a tape measure and other hand tools
    • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Demonstrated ability to execute on SOP, quality, and safety practices
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow effectively to accomplish deadlines
    • Good communication skills
