    Description
    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders among students.
    • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address each student's specific communication needs and goals.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, using evidence-based practices.
    • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom and support students' academic success.
    • Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions, and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • Massachusetts state license or eligibility for licensure.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
    • Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
