Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In Home Caregivers. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a live in home healthcare position for an aging senior adult with sundowners. This position includes one room for employee in a three bedroom house.

Duties:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Assist with meal planning and preparation

Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

Transport clients to appointments, community activities, or outings

Lift and transfer clients as needed (heavy lifting may be required)

Document client progress and report any concerns or changes in condition to supervisors

Skills:

Experience working with elderly individuals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
