The Home Care Supervisor at Golden Touch Home Care Services, LLC will oversee all aspects of our home care services in Addison, Illinois.

We are looking for a compassionate and organized individual to manage a team of caregivers and ensure quality care for our clients.

• Manage and supervise a team of caregivers, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Conduct initial assessments for new clients and create individualized care plans
• Coordinate and schedule client care, ensuring all shifts are properly filled
• Monitor and review caregiver performance to ensure quality care is being provided
• Communicate with clients and their families to address any concerns or issues
• Act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
• Monitor and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Participate in oncall duties as needed

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home care or a related healthcare setting
• Prior supervisor experience is strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of home care regulations and best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus
