    Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities

    · Learn, implement, and receive feedback on ABA principles

    · Willing to manage problem behavior using trained procedures (including aggressive behavior)

    · Collect data on client's performance

    · Work 1 on 1 with clients implementing programs designed by a Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    · Communicate daily with client, parent, and/or caregivers on client progress

    · Utilize electronic data collection and complete required documentation (note, timesheet)

    -On-the-job training and ongoing supervision is provided under the direction of a BCBA on the principles and procedures of behavior analysis, data collection procedures, and the implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    High School diploma or equivalent

    Registered Behavior Technician Certification requires the following (for more information please visit: ):

    · 40-hour training

    · Competency check (our company will conduct this)

    · BCBA agreeing to supervise

    · Pass computer exam

    Florida Medicaid Number (can provide instructions in applying for Medicaid Number)

    Pass Level 2 Background Check

    Preferred Skills

    Works well independently, can lift 25 pounds, able to work with children, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written), have access to a working cell phone

    Additional Notes

    Must be able to commute independently to service clients in home/ school settings.
