    Responsible for the daily operation of a single sales office including but not limited to recruiting, retention, and management of office revenue.

    Description

    The Manager is the leader of a Residential Brokerage office tasked with managing revenues and expenses of the office, as well as office staff, Associates, and Associate Brokers. The Sales Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for implementing the growth strategy of the company in their specific office market, in coordination with other Sales Managers and leadership.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    1. Office recruitment and management of Associates and Associate Brokers

    2. Implementing company policy and ensuring the highest level of professionalism and service is provided

    3. Collaborating with Assistant Manager

    4. Community outreach

    5. Transaction management

    Expectation

    The Sales Manager is the face of the office and is responsible for the overall growth and performance of the office they oversee. The Sales Manager should be consistently recruiting and re-recruiting qualified Associates in their local market; creating opportunities for sponsorship and networking in local community events and driving revenue for the office. The Sales Manager is expected to know their local market activity and to stay abreast of industry trends and news that may affect the overall office performance. The Sales Manager should expect to meet with other Sales Managers and the Executive Director monthly to discuss the market, report on office activity, and to make recommendations.

    Qualifications

    Candidate must be a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of New Hampshire

    2+ years of Leadership experience, Prior Real Estate Experience preferred
