    TWG is the group name for the leading producers of winches, hoists, gear drives, and electronic monitoring systems in the global industrial sector. The TWG umbrella includes Tulsa Winch, Rufnek, Greer, dp Winch, Gear Products, Pullmaster, and LANTEC. While Tulsa Winch, Rufnek, Greer, dp Winch, and Gear Products operate from Jenks, Oklahoma, Pullmaster, and LANTEC work from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

These products serve diverse industries such as onshore oil and gas, utilities, towing, construction, marine, forestry, mining, and more.

    This role reports to the Director of Operations and involves supporting new product development, estimating manufacturing costs, designing fixtures and enhancing manufacturing processes to uphold product quality and efficiency.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Offering Manufacturing Engineering support including daily issue resolution and process documentation upkeep.
    • Developing and maintaining manufacturing method documents.
    • Adjusting processes to enhance safety, rectify issues, and minimize production challenges.
    • Assessing engineering drawings, estimating manufacturing costs, and collaborating with design engineers to enhance methods.
    • Representing manufacturing in New Product Development Core Team meetings and drafting proposals for necessary capital projects.
    • Implementing site improvement plans aligned with Dover's Operational Model (0DOVER).
    • Analyzing plant automated OEE system data to boost performance.
    • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field, 3-5 years of successful experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
    • Must be willing to travel as needed.

    Work Arrangement: Onsite
