Staff Accountant

Position Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our clients accounting team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and assisting in financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities of the Staff Accountant:

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and other financial records.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Controller.

Qualifications Staff Accountant :

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
Strong excel skills
Ability to use accounting software
