Required Skills

Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant PM experience to include a minimum of one year direct support to the Sponsor (prefer more than one year of PM experience in support of the Sponsor)
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong executive presence
Excellent communication-oral and written
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, MS SharePoint, and Windows operating system version 10 or later

Comprehensive and thorough knowledge of:
- best practices studies

- business case analysis
- creative problem solving
- decision briefing
- project management processes
- project activity implementation
- risk management
- strategic planning

Desired Skills

PMP and/or PMI-RMP certification (any project management/change management certifications are highly sought after)
Agile Scrum and JIRA for Agile experience
Lean Six Sigma- Any Belt
Electronic workflow and data interface planning proficiency
Tableau proficiency

Comprehensive and thorough knowledge of:
- benchmarking/metrics
- business planning
- business process reengineering
- change management
- data modeling
- facilitation
- organizational assessment
- organizational restructure/design
- organizational restructure/implementation
- transition planning
- visioning workshop

Mastery of the English language; strong ability to edit spelling, grammar, punctuation.
