The tax team in Garden City is hiring a Senior Tax Preparer to join our dynamic group of tax professionals.We are looking for a confident and professional communicator with exceptional time management and organizational skills to perform the following duties: Preparation of federal and multi-state income tax returns; partner closely with high-net-worth individuals; prepare tax accounting adjustments and financial statements for individuals, corporations, partnerships trusts estates; prepare personal corporate partnership estate trust tax returns of varying complexity; prepare payroll tax returns for state and federal reporting;
What Do you Need to Succeed: Competency in Microsoft applications including Word Excel Outlook Self-motivated with excellent organization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail ability to multi-task is a must Strong organizational problem-solving skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Friendly professional demeanor Ability to work well with a team pitch in when needed
