    Description
    Adsync Technologies, Inc., is currently seeking an experienced Logistician with working computer component and system knowledge to support the NSWC Philadelphia Property Management Department
    This position is on-site at the Philadelphia Naval Yard, Philadelphia, PA
    The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support organization for the Navy's ships, submarines, military watercraft and unmanned vehicles
    This requirement is for NSWCPD Code 107, which is responsible for oversight of policy and compliance in the areas of Operating Materials & Supplies (OM&S), Plant Property & Equipment (PP&E)/ Asset Management, and Purchase Requisitions (PR)
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Computer and Device knowledge to quickly inspect and identify the items for induction to the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR)
    • Working knowledge of Plant Property & Equipment / Asset and Supply Chain management policies and regulations
    • The ability to correspond effectively with team members, Government Custodians, and any clients for inventory and inspection
    • The ability to appropriately pace your tasks
    • The ability to record all necessary details from Government Custodians assets, including Manufacture, device location, device serial, and other relevant details that are needed for induction to the APSR.
    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Post Key Support Documents (KSDs) IAW established ERP Business Rules and OM&S Policies
    • Assist with the development and review of the bi-annual inventory report IAW SECNAVINST A
    • Assist and perform inventories in War Fare Center (WFC) spaces
    • Assist with the development of standard operating procedures
    • Liaison with Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC) by direction of the Government
    • Assist and provide data entry supporting, by updating asset master records in ERP
    • Based on the Government's disposition, mark, and group excess items for fleet sourcing (plant stock) or disposal /Defense Reutilization Marketing Office (DRMO)
    • Physically counting inventory items and documenting results
    • Assist and perform causative research on inventory discrepancies
    • Perform transactions in Navy ERP for Physical Inventory reconciliation
    • Create Fair Market Value worksheets and build asset master records for items that are gained by inventory
    • Work with Government custodians to conduct asset transfers
    Qualifications

    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in SAP/Navy ERP
    Education

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent
