Althea's Footwear Solutions is hiring for a footwear Sales Associate at our Everett, WA location.

Job Description

The ideal Sales Associate will possess the following.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to ensure that customers feel welcome in our store.
The ability to develop relationships with both customers and co-workers.
A desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience through engagement and product knowledge.
Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone.
The ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
A desire to genuinely help our customers solve their shoe problems as opposed to simply selling.
The ability to listen to and then address customer needs and offer solutions.
A willingness to be cross-trained and perform a variety of administrative functions.

The ability to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

Ideally, one year of sales experience. Footwear experience is preferred, but not essential.

as we will provide training.

Must be at least 18 years old.
Have dependable transportation to ensure arriving at work on schedule.

Able to be employed in the US.
