Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• CPR certification (with hands-on component); we can assist with obtaining this requirement if needed.
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
