    Position Summary:

    Engaged in the ordering, collection, transport, receiving, processing, and distribution of blood and other clinical specimens into the clinical laboratory, microbiology, and pathology departments.

    Reports to: Laboratory Manager and Director

    FLSA: Non-exempt


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum Education
    High School diploma or equivalent required

    ASCP or equivalent Phlebotomy certification preferred.Drag Edit DeleteRequired Skills
    Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

    Fingerprint Clearance Card underway on hire; card must be turned in within 60 days after hire.
