Job summary
The Contract Transitions Manager plays a key role in managing client contracts for seamless onboarding transitions vendor contracting activities.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Compliance and Transitions Teams to onboard new clients across various service lines including client portal setup onboarding paperwork administrative duties.
- Manage internal Client Contract repository in applicable systems Microsoft Office SharePoint HighGear Zoho CRM Break out organize contract exhibits during onboarding Ensure contract visibility for internal stakeholders manage lifecycle changes Regularly audit contract data using Excel ensure accuracy completeness Coordinate with Finance Account Teams Sales Procurement contract amendments terminations changes Prepare host internal Contract Transition Meetings Review abstract facilitate signature of all client contracts including Exterior Interior Service Agreements Construction Agreements Miscellaneous Commercial Service Agreements Support Sales during contract negotiations as needed Assist Procurement Account teams creation distribution tracking vendor contracts DocuSign related systems Manage vendor contract anatomy SOW exhibits pricing exhibits etc Develop manage update standard custom contract templates both client vendor agreements Support management prioritizing business information needs Identify implement process improvement opportunities
