What You Will Do:
_Internal Audits:
_
Plan and execute internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards and organizational policies.
Collaborate with department heads and process owners to schedule and conduct audit activities.
_Process Analysis:
_
Analyze processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Work with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
_Documentation Review:
_
Review and evaluate documentation related to the quality management system, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
Ensure that documentation aligns with ISO 9001 standards and is consistently applied across the organization.
_Non-Conformance Management:_
Identify and document non-conformances during audits, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
Collaborate with teams to develop corrective action plans and monitor their timely implementation.
_Training and Awareness:
_
Provide training on ISO 9001 standards and internal audit processes to employees at various levels.
Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement by promoting awareness and understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.
_Continuous Improvement:
_
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
Utilize data and feedback from audits to suggest and implement enhancements to processes and procedures.
Process monthly OEM warranty packages from receipt, adjudication, and issuing credits
Monitor warranty cost trends and trigger action as appropriate
Process PPAP requests for North America based OEM products
Maintain the Replacement Parts List that specifies what part number ships to replace a failed part number.
What Skills &
Experience You Should Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Business, or related discipline).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on ISO 9001 standards.
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 is preferred.
Solid understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and quality management principles.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Proficient in using audit tools and software.
Ability to travel approximately - 30% of the time for Trimble & supplier visits.
