    Job Summary:


    We're seeking an Analyst specializing in Business Process, Transactional Services, possessing a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, to spearhead enhancements in operational processes aligning with our business strategy.

    At the outset, the Analyst, Business Process, Transactional Services will immerse themselves in our operations, cultivating expertise and familiarizing themselves with our system landscape.

    The Analyst, Business Process, Transactional Services will partner with business leadership to chart a course toward realizing our strategic objectives.

    This will involve dissecting existing processes and systems, as well as creating models for proposed improvements. Collaborative work with technical experts will be essential in formulating and implementing streamlined and impactful process upgrades.

    Responsibilities:
    Evolve into a subject matter expert within your designated business domain, comprehending the interplay between core IT systems, vital functions, business workflows, key contributors, and cross- departmental/system

    integrations.

    Evaluate existing processes, redesign as necessary, and execute refined strategies that amplify efficiency, generating operational streamlining to fortify our business strategy.

    Conduct workshops involving stakeholders across all organizational tiers engaged in business processes.
    Draft specifications and functional prerequisites for Technology unit, driving enhancements to current applications and platforms.
    Engage in user acceptance testing for technological enhancements and system modifications.
    Oversee, gauge, and facilitate user assimilation for both current and novel

    products/processes.

    Cultivate robust, collaborative relationships with both Business and Technology sectors.
    Discern optimal practices and codify them into standardized operational protocols.
    Craft and sustain standardized operating procedures, encompassing comprehensive documentation of process evolution, deployment, and long-term support strategies.
    Address training necessities concerning business procedures and systems.
    Architect expandable support frameworks for updates to products and/or processes.
    Collaborate with the sales hierarchy to devise and amass insights on proposed processes. Partner with Technology Program Management to orchestrate project scheduling, resource allocation, role delineation, and management of risks and issues.

    Required Skills & Experience:
    Accumulated 3-5 years of experience in roles such as process engineering, business consulting, or leadership within a business context.
    Proficiency in process

    modelling/prototyping

    and the formulation of standardized operating procedures.
    Capability to envision, design, and execute strategic blueprints to advance business enhancements.
    Proactive mindset, adept at collaborating with multifaceted teams to navigate intricate project completion.
