    The FP&A Senior Analyst provides strategic financial insights and guidance to members of FleetPride's Executive Leadership Team, Regional Vice Presidents and Directors, and Field Sales Management team.

    They collaborate with those individuals to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models, and they play an essential role in long-term company decisions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Planning:
    Support the Finance Director during the annual budgeting process, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures. Coordinate with organizational leaders to ensure alignment with overall company goals.

    Forecasting:
    Create rolling financial forecasts and analyze variances against actual results. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations for course correction when necessary.

    Financial Modeling:
    Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts. Present findings to senior management in a clear and actionable manner.

    Financial Reporting:

    Oversee and publish regular monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the use of internal company management, as well as external lenders and investors.


    Performance Metrics:
    Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the company's financial health and operational efficiency. Regularly report on performance to senior leadership.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with department heads across the organization, including Accounting, Sales, Operations, Distribution, Transportation, and HR, to provide financial insights and support their strategic goals.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    Proven experience (3+ years) in financial planning and analysis
    Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills (SQL experience desired)
    Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems)
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Strong leadership and team management skills
    Self-motivated and capable of problem solving independently
    Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

    Travel:
    Occasional travel, as needed, to stores and distribution centers
