    Tricentis is looking for a Revenue Enablement Operations Manager to develop, improve and drive success of our go-to-market functions. They will have depth of experience in program and system management in the Revenue Enablement space.

    The Revenue Enablement Operations Manager must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and planning/project management skills.

    Responsibilities


    • Develop and enhance enablement project management processes and procedures for the enablement team (including content governance framework and processes, project or program plans, deliverables, tracking dashboards, templates, resources, and schedules) that improve and increase efficiency in project execution.
    • Manage the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS) including, but not limited to course assignments, reporting, keeping the user views fresh with new information, and answering user questions.
    • Implement mechanisms for measuring KPIs and build reports and dashboards that monitor progress and show business impact to inform actions.
    • Manage the Sales Onboarding program to minimize the ramp to productivity for New Hires.
    • Coordinate and communicate to ensure seller and sales leaders are informed, engaged, and strategically aligned to our attainment goals. This includes a communication strategy and quarterly calendar.
    • Partner with enablement leadership to build and maintain the enablement team's operating model for program rigor, and measurement strategy.
    • Maintain strong vendor relationships with LMS, CMS and other GTM tool vendors to drive continual ROI, innovation, and scale.
    • Assist with logistics and execution of annual kickoff and other in-person or virtual events to ensure an exceptional participant experience.
    • First Year Deliverables
    • Design, deliver, and get adoption of a centralized Sales Enablement learning hub (LMS) to compliment the content management repository.
    • Implement processes and systems for revenue enablement requests, delivery, and business impact.
    • Create reports and dashboards that are shared with Sales leaders to inform learning and impact.
    Requirements


    • 3+ years managing an LMS to include user (records, accounts, etc.) management, Docebo LMS experience preferred. CSS skills preferred to enable customization of LMS.
    • 7+ years of work experience in the areas of sales enablement operations, including project management, collaborating with stakeholders, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on target.
    • Self-aware professional who seeks feedback and opportunities for development.
    • Experience working in a remote, globally distributed team in a fast-paced, scale-up environment strongly preferred.
