Responsibilities:
-> Provide customer service via phone calls, emails, and live chats for remote customers requiring assistance
-> Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a remote environment
-> Resolve customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, and emails remotely

Requirements:
-> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-> Strong multitasking abilities
-> Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with upset or stressed customers remotely
->Proficiency in using computers in a remote work setting
