    Job Summary
    The Emergency Services Tech (EST) performs patient care and patient care- related activities under the supervision of an RN/LVN/MD. Performs other support functions involving equipment supplies /environmental maintenance.

    The EST may handle/deliver IV solutions or instrument trays that contain medications in the process of setting up for procedures.


    Job Requirements

    Minimum Education Requirement :

    High School/GED diploma or equivalent.

    Minimum Experience Requirement :

    One (1) year of pre-hospital experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills required.


    c


    Minimum License Requirement :

    Current California EMT certification. BLS required. Assaultive Behavior Training Certification that meets AB508 and SB1299 required within 30 days of hire/transfer.

    New hires who have completed Assaultive Behavior training outside of Emanate Health will be required to complete Emanate Health Work Place Violence online awareness module within 30 days of hire/transfer.
