    Job DescriptionPDQ Staffing Inc. Is currently looking for a Payroll Clerk in the Arlington area near AT&T stadium. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll processing systems and possess a solid understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.Job: Payroll ClerkSchedule: 5am to1:30pm Monday to Friday Rate: $26.44/HRKey Responsibilities:
    • Process payroll for employees regularly, including calculating wages, deductions, and adjustments accurately.
    • Maintain payroll records and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and tax withholdings in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Prepare payroll reports for management review and assist with audits as needed.
    • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
    • Minimum of [insert number of years] years of experience in payroll processing or related field.
    • Proficiency in payroll software/systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must-Have ADP experience
