Allied Wellness Centers is now seeking a full time Sales Consultants/administrative support for our Waco The Sales Consultant is responsible for:
- Conducting face to face consultations*
- Performing invisa-RED treatments
- Assisting our patients with understanding the invisa-RED's non-invasive Laser Body Contouring, cellulite elimination, and skin tightening services.
- Providing support to the administrative insurance and customer services departments.
To qualify for consideration, candidates will have a proven track record of success in sales in a fast-paced environment; will possess confidence; emotional intelligence; credibility and high integrity; and an excellent work ethic.
Responsibilities and Duties
Include but are not limited to:
Performing insurance verifications, data entry, patient calls, scheduling, crossing training across other clinic equipment.
- This role will require a highly motivated individual with strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections in a face-to-face consultative environment.
- Meet with new and existing patients to determine realistic goals, matching the appropriate treatment plans with our non-surgical body contouring solutions.
- Provide value and educate our patients regarding our approach, the treatments, and our processes; including all documentation and financing/payment options available.
- Manage the appropriate follow up with the patient to ensure a great experience leading up to and through treatments.
- Maintain and develop a patient pipeline and regularly follow up with prospective patients who did not move forward in their initial consultation.
- Performing treatments as a certified invisa-RED Technician
- Qualifications and Skills
- Proven, outstanding track record (minimum of 2 years) in sales in a high-energy, high-paced environment. Experience with one-on-one consultative selling in industries such as finance, plastic or cosmetic surgery, hair replacement, or other professional settings is considered a plus.
- Is a quick study: can immediately build rapport, assess the patient's needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills that builds effective working relationships with patients and other team members.
- Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward
- Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
