Job summary
The Surgical Specialty Coordinator is responsible for the nursing care of patients; supervision of assigned personnel; orientation and teaching of new employees to their specialty and ongoing in-service programs.
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Nursing.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Certification within area of expertise or practice preferred (Nursing Management, CNOR, etc.) Must obtain certification within 3 years of hire.
