Grant Writer

We are seeking a Grant Writer to join our team at Volunteers of America Colorado, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping those in need transform their lives. As a key member of our Advancement department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing grant seeking strategies that increase government grants revenue and ensure efficient and effective grant-funded programming across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement grant seeking strategies that increase government grants revenue
• Research funding opportunities and write proposals to secure grants
• Manage a portfolio of grant funders and ensure compliance with grant agreements and reporting requirements
• Analyze program impact data and measure grant outcomes to quantify success
• Assist with program development and evaluation to maximize funding opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in grant writing and reporting or administration
• Demonstrated track record of successful five-and six-figure grant proposals
