    Job Title: Retail Sales Representative

    We are seeking sharp, creative individuals to join our sales-based team. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling on customers in your assigned territory, speaking with decision-makers, and generating sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Fulfill the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers by ensuring product availability at retail locations.
    • Become an ambassador for world-famous brands, promoting their products and services to consumers.
    • Manage your time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Increase sales volume through promotional activities, including selling, building displays, and making plan-o-gram adjustments.

    Requirements:

    • Be at least 18 years old.
    • Have some sales experience or be willing to learn.
    • Hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle for daily travel within your assigned territory.

    Benefits:

    • Paid mileage and travel reimbursement when applicable.
    • Paid holidays and 401K for full-time employees.
    • Customizable benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, supplemental voluntary plans, wellness programs, and online discounts.

    Compensation:

    $50 per hour

    Schedule:

    Monday-Friday, 6-8am start with shifts averaging 8 hours for full-time employees
