    Are you ready for a new and exciting leadership opportunity with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at QuickSTAT, our Schiller Park location is looking for a new Air Logistics Warehouse Manager to join our QuickSTAT team.

    Your Role

    As the warehouse manager, your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, managing inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing processes. Effective communication and collaboration with other departments are essential for success.

    Your Responsibilities

    You oversee training related to cold chain packaging and processes. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure that facility and employee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) comply with guidelines.

    Youre responsible for critical equipment supporting our cold chain packaging. This includes managing external vendors for items like liquid nitrogen, packaging materials, and dry ice.

    Anticipate business needs and manage supply purchases accordingly. Efficiently handle inventory and procurement.

    Conduct performance reviews for team members, providing constructive feedback and recognizing achievements.

    Prepare and manage productivity reports for the branch senior manager

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm (Note: This is a 24/7/365 facility and flexibility to work non-traditional hours, weekends or holidays may be required)

    Report to Senior Branch Director

    Your Skills and Experiences

    Bachelors or equivalent experience

    10+ years of experience warehouse manager

    5+ years of experience in Critical Time Logistics

    3+ year of Biopharma experience

    Experience managing temperature control packaging

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
