    Summary Statement (Objective or purpose of this position):

    The Senior Account Manager National Retailers will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with assigned National Retailers to drive revenue growth and market share. The Senior Account Manager National Retailers will collaborate closely with other departments to execute effective sales strategies and ensure the success of products in retail environments.

    Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions Performed):
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets with key national retailers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at each retailer.
    • Negotiate contracts, and terms to maximize profitability and market share.
    • Collaborate with marketing, business unit leads and supply chain team to ensure effective product launches, promotions, inventory management in retail stores.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
    • Track competitor activity and stay ahead of market trends.
    • Present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and strategies to senior management highlighting key achievements and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develops a deep understanding of companys product lines and assigned retailers businesses in order to make recommendations to drive business growth and enhance market presence.
    • Designs and recommends sales programs including plan-o-grams, store tests, promotions and marketing projects.
    • Provides product training to national retailers personnel to drive sales growth
    Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required):
    • Bachelor's degree is required.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience.
    • Proven track record of successful sales management experience with a focus on national accounts.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of retail operations, marketing strategies, and product management.
    • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be willing to travel.
