- July 8-11, 15, 16, 18, 19, 22-26, August 1-2, 5-9, 19-23
- MON-FRI 7am-5pm
- Hospital-based practice
- CRNA supervision ratio: 1 physician to 3 CRNAs
- Case Mix: General Surgery, Endoscopy, Vascular, OB, Ortho, Bariatric Surgery, UroGyn
- No involvement in hearts, neurosurgery, or thoracic cases
- No travel required, limited to covering one campus
- EMR: Epic
- Predominantly adult patients with a low volume of pediatric cases
- Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 months, NY license necessary
- Operating Rooms: 7
- Spinal Epidurals mandatory for CRNAs
- Approximately 100 deliveries monthly, with a low epidural rate due to a large midwifery program, and a 15% c-section rate
- NBCRNA - Required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS - Required
- NY License - Preferred
- Covid-19 Vaccination - Required - Verbal Confirmation needed at time of name clear - will NOT accept religious/medical exemptions
- Availability for most dates - Required
- Providers cannot be local within 50 miles. - REQUIRED
