    Description
    Manage implementation and execution of retail communication programs and tools. Writing copy, design, administration, rollout, training and sustainability. Maintain Retail Intranet/SharePoint site.

    • Assist the Retail Trainer to create training materials for field employees.
    • Build relationships with internal partners and assist in the creation and management of internal communications process.
    • Serve as the point person for all other department partners to funnel store communications through.
    • Administration of the digital Policy and Procedure library.
    • Work cross functionally with retail operations, marketing, and visual on all updates from concept to approval and oncounter stages
    • Responsible for reviewing and resolving Retail help tickets on a daily/hourly basis.
    • Manage the creation of Store communication
    • Projects, Newsletter SOP's including Toss Guides, Prop/Fixture Guides, Training Design including meetings and bulletin boards, SA Store Forms, Contests

    Skills:


    • Bachelor's Degree in Retail Operations, Communications, Business, Marketing or related field. 13 years of specialty retail experience or big box experience a plus
    • Strong computer skills, with the confidence and ability to quickly learn and utilize Lands' End specific programs. Strong working knowledge of digital photography, downloading photos, and organizing files and folders on the computer. Knowledge of In Design, Photoshop, SharePoint, Excel and Word needed.
    • Excellent problem solving skills to resolve discrepancies in buy plan tool and proposed floor plans used by visual managers.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple priorities with varying deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that appropriately represent the department and company with both internal and external contacts.
    • Highly professional and mature manner, ability to communicate with all levels of management to ensure department productivity and coordination of deadlines.
