We're hiring a skilled Database ETL Developer to join our team

This is a direct full-time hire

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data warehousing solutions to meet internal departmental needs.
• Lead the creation and implementation of logical data models, operational data stores, and data marts.
• Design, automate, and support robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) applications using Talend.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and efficient delivery throughout the data lifecycle.
• Develop logical and physical data flow models for ETL applications.
• Translate data access, transformation, and mobility needs into functional requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong SQL proficiency (query optimization, views, stored procedures)
• Understanding of data modeling principles
• Experience with the Talend ETL tool & Snowflake.
• In-depth knowledge of various APIs (REST, SOAP, Custom, SQL-based)

Personal Qualities:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required)
• Minimum 5 years of ETL development experience
• Minimum 5 years of Snowflake and Talend experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Effective time management and project delivery
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
