    We are looking to hire our 1st Recruiter. This is a in-office role, based in Bangalore, India with an opportunity to convert into a full-time opportunity.

    As the 1st Recruiter at Peoplebox, you will be crucial in building a talented team that can drive our company's growth and success.

    You will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring top-notch candidates across various functions to meet the company's talent requirements.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiationsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create job descriptions that effectively communicate requirements and expectationsUtilize various recruitment tools, platforms, and networks to source potential candidates, such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry eventsFacilitate thorough assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the organizationEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, providing timely updates and feedback to all applicantsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partnersParticipate in employer branding activities, such as career fairs, webinars, and industry conferences, to promote Company X as an employer of choiceQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environmentSolid knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategiesFamiliarity with SaaS, HR Tech, or related industries is a plusExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsPassion for finding and attracting top talent to drive company growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
