    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in data modeling, ETL development, and cloud environments.
    • Strong SQL skills and ability to optimize queries.
    • Familiarity with reporting tools (Tableau, Qlikview, OAC, Business Objects, Power BI).
    • Understanding of supply demand analysis, material planning, procurement, order management, inventory and supply management, logistic coordination, and continuous supply chain improvement
    • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    o collaborate with various teams, departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
    o Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
    o Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
    o Work with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.


    System Design and Architecture:
    o Design and document system architectures, data flows, and integration points.
    o Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs.
    o Ensure alignment with overall enterprise architecture and standards.
    o Create robust dimensional data models for various domains, Sales Order, Inventory, Planning, Supply Chain and forecasting data.


    Solution Development and Testing:
    o Work closely with development teams to implement system changes, enhancements, and new features.
    o Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
    o Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and validation of implemented solutions
    o Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.


    Data Management and Integration:
    o Design and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Informatica.
    o Integrate data from diverse sources, including ERP systems, mobile applications, and cloud-based platforms across global locations.

    o Migrate and synchronize data from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to Big Query using Data Fusion, especially during company mergers.

    o Experience writing complex queries and fine-tune existing SQL queries to enhance data load and retrieval performance.


    Cloud Expertise:
    o Preferred experience working within the AWS environment.

    o Familiarity with different format of data files (Parquet files, JSON, Semi-Structure) and moving & managing files in Amazon S3 layer.

    o Process data into Amazon Redshift using Glue and Lambda.
    o Automate repetitive tasks within the data pipeline using Python/glue/Informatica.


    Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
    o Investigate and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
    o Provide timely support to end users and address their queries.


    Business Process Improvement:
    o Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
    o Propose system enhancements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
    o Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.


    Collaboration and Communication:
    o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders business analysts, developers, and project managers.
    o Communicate effectively to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
