Customer Service Representative
Mor-Value Parts is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our team. We are a leading wholesaler of parts for industrial floor care equipment, and we pride ourselves on fast and friendly service.

Job Responsibilities:
We handle customer requests, including price quotes, part lookups, and more. Our ideal candidate will be able to uphold our reputation for excellent service.

Qualifications:

Experience in parts departments is a plus.
Basic mechanical comprehension is required.
Positive attitude and customer focus.
At least one year of customer service experience.
Multitasking skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365.
