Job summary

Turning Point Community Programs is seeking Outreach Workers for our Community Outreach Recovery and Empowerment (Core-Elkgrove) program in Elkgrove, CA.

Responsibilities

Dedicates 30 hours per week to street and community outreach at homeless shelters, service agencies the Loaves & Fishes complex river areas under bridges overpasses and various other places where homeless individuals spend time.
Maintains a continuous outreach caseload of 15 non-enrolled individuals.
