    Job Title: Scan Coordinator

    The primary responsibility of the Scan Coordinator is to maintain accurate inventory levels within the store.

    This involves conducting regular inventory maintenance, ensuring shelf labels are up-to-date and accurate, preparing and hanging sale signs, as well as handling any data-related issues associated with these tasks.

    The Assistant Scan Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between IT, Regional Buyers, Operations, and the Store Team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular maintenance and updates.
    • Ensure shelf labels are accurate and reflect current inventory levels.
    • Prepare and hang sale signs to promote products and drive sales.
    • Resolve data-related issues associated with inventory management.
    • Serve as liaison between IT, Regional Buyers, Operations, and the Store Team.
