    Read patient meal selections from ticket and place proper serving portion on plate. Cook and prepare patient meals.

    Make meals from scratch, sandwiches, pre-portion salads, desserts and nourishments.

    Set-up food service station, serve food to customers during meal service periods and maintain a clean environment.

    Must be able to read and follow recipes and instructions.
