What you'll do

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our innovative financial technology solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with the engineering team to design, implement, and improve user interfaces and backend functionalities that contribute to our mission of inclusive banking.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable, responsive user interfaces using TypeScript in conjunction with modern frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Native).

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in the design and implementation of backend services and APIs using TypeScript or other relevant languages.
Contribute actively to code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in frontend and backend development.
Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning and scrum meetings.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Minimum requirements

Proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a demonstrated ability to develop robust and responsive user interfaces.

Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React (preferred), Angular, or

, showcasing your ability to build dynamic and interactive web applications.
Bonus points for mobile development expertise, especially with React Native, demonstrating versatility in creating cross-platform experiences.
Familiarity with backend development using TypeScript,

, or similar backend languages, highlighting your ability to contribute to the full-stack development process.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend services, enabling seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality code and optimal application performance.

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with some backend exposure.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with database systems like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Passion for financial inclusion and making a positive social impact.
Experience with agile team development and working with product managers and designers
