- Enforce intellectual property infringements (counterfeit, copyright, trademark, & patent)
- Develop analytical and real-world insights aimed at finding suspected counterfeit items
- Maintain database to include grey market activity and counterfeit investigations
- Monitor and own investigating unauthorized RAM Mounts resellers across all 3rd party platforms
- Enforce Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies across all 3rd party platforms
- Manage RAM's 3rd-party reseller book of business
- Coordinate monthly data aggregation of distributor sell-through reports and inventory reports
- Own process for communicating and enforcing RAM's Do Not Sell List to distributors
- Review, audit and approve third-party Authorized Partner Applications
- Maintain weekly cadence reports to distribution partners
- Present weekly reports of your findings (counterfeit reporting, test buys, etc.) in dept meetings
- Proactively seek out best practices to improve efficiencies of sales team
- Proactively seek out and identify needed program changes
- Coach NPI users on policy updates
- Provide proactive communications to customers on pricing updates
- Responsible for pulling reports and adjusting information to meet sales needs
- Cross-functional collaboration with Production, Accounting, Quality
- Manage flow and entry for all customer-requested price lists and part mappings
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment
- In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and knowledge of the full functionality of the Administrator tools and their capabilities

Job Description
A Partner Program specialist's job is to manage the under-the-hood relationship with B2B customers, including processing incoming distribution sales reports, identifying MAP and counterfeit violations, templatizing and distributing quarterly pricelists to 1k+ customers, and assisting those customers with maintaining data integrity for 6k+ unique RAM parts. This role requires collaborating directly with the stakeholders to analyze processes to tailor them to the needs of the company and its users. This role also requires strong familiarity with Excel for data manipulation.
