    Job Title: Chief of Staff (Contract, Hybrid)

    Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)

    Duration: Long-Term Contract

    About the Role:

    CirrusLabs is partnering with one of the nation's leading healthcare insurance giants to fill an influential Chief of Staff role. This position will support executive leadership in driving strategic initiatives, particularly in procurement, while ensuring operational excellence across the organization. We are looking for a highly experienced professional, ideally at the VP level or above, who is open to frequent travel as part of their duties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as a strategic advisor and confidant to senior executive leaders, providing leadership and direction for key projects and initiatives.
    • Lead procurement strategies and manage vendor relations to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness.
    • Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
    • Facilitate communication between top management and other stakeholders, translating strategic goals into actionable plans.
    • Oversee the preparation and organization of executive meetings and presentations, providing insights and data to support decision-making.
    • Travel between company sites and other locations to manage projects and stakeholder relationships, as required (25-50% travel).
    • Manage cross-functional teams to implement projects and changes effectively.

    Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, VP, or similar executive-level role within a large organization, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
    • Strong background in procurement and strategic operations.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior management and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time as required by the role.
    • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

    Good to Have:

    • Experience in managing large, complex contracts and negotiations.
    • Proven track record of successful project management and implementation.
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
    • Experience with change management processes and techniques.
