- Provide strategic oversight of a portfolio of assets, to include:
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports for equity partners
- Perform cash flow analysis and generate distribution recommendations
- Monitoring the status of renovation and capital improvement projects and perform return on investment calculations
- Assistance in preparing construction budget and management of construction draws from debt and equity sources
- Compiling market research (e.g. market studies and competitive set profiles) and providing recommendations
- Loan compliance and administration
- Assistance with acquisitions, recapitalizations and dispositions within the portfolio
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college/university
- Finance, economics, or other quantitative field preferred
- Minimum three years experience; prior asset management or finance roles preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

The position: The Asset Manager is responsible for supporting RPM Investments in the management of assets and client relationships.
*This role can be based out of Dallas, Houston, or Atlanta.
Responsibilities
o Financial reporting and analysis to monitor property performance
o Identification of property-level and market trends and formulate strategies to maximize the value of each asset in accordance with its business plan
o Quarterly property tours and performance reviews for portfolio assets
o Review marketing programs and pricing for portfolio assets
