- 6+ years of experience in large-scale space mission and systems engineering and integration on national security space programs
- 4+ years of experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering tools, such as Sparx EA, MagicDraw/Cameo, IBM Rhapsody, or DOORS NG
- 1+ years of experience working with analytical tools such as MATLAB, STK, or ModelCenter
- Experience with leading a team for development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and integration and test plans and schedules for satellite systems
- Ability to comprehend complex technical problems where capabilities are affected by technical achievability, affordability, and schedule
- Ability to perform multiple systems engineering and program management functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification and identify, analyze, resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions

- Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and test on space-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next Generation OPIR, FORGE, STSS, HBTSS, DMSP, WSF-M, and EWS
- Experience with OPIR payloads, space-based weather payloads, satellite busses, and satellite subsystems including propulsion, thermal control, power, attitude control, TT&C, communications, data processing, and structures
- Knowledge of DoD /02
- Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE and IEEE
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- Master's degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science field
- INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications, including ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
